Blue dress

Beautiful blue dress with ruffled sleeves. The dress is size 4 but could fit a size 4-6. The dress has been worn a handful of times, but remains in good condition. There is a slip layer beneath as well. It has a v scoop in both the front and back. Purchased at winners a few years ago.
