Blue dress with gold embroidery

Helping my mom sell a couple of items so you will see lots of formal dresses. They are usually worn only once or twice and well taken care of. She's usually a size medium for reference. This dress is from Hong Kong so it says Large but would be more of a medium. Measurements upon request.
