Blue dress with pink floral print 💙🌸

A lightweight summer dress. A ruffled hem. Adjustable straps; crisscrossed back, but I've worn it with the crisscrossed straps in the front a few times. Not much stretch; feel free to ask for measurements :) Brand is Soprano - never heard of this brand - I thrifted this! Size medium. While I don't find it clings to the body, it is more fitted than your average summer dress. more of a straight fit (with some room) all the way down, with the ruffling of the fabric adds just a bit extra with girly points even with a bold floral print
