everis13 @annalise_11 sorry I just now noticed that you posted measurements. Where is the hem that you posted measurements for? Also, 22” waist seems really small for a size 5 x IMO but I could be wrong can you measure the hips and just below the waist band ? Thanks

annalise_11 @everis13 The hem is on the bottom of the pant leg, I just put it there because it gets more narrow at the bottom. And the waist is just 22 inches on one side so 44 inches on both. Has an elastic waist. Sorry for the confusion.
