Blue flowy dress off shoulder. Ricarica brand (boutique) NWT

Brand new with tag. Fell in love with this dress suppose to wear on a cousins wedding but was too long for me. Can be worn as off shoulder or like a sleeve. The length i posted is from below the breast area (highest point of hips) says small but can be worn small to medium.
