Blue flowy floorlength dress NWT | greek goddess, ethereal

Floor length gown with mesh top details; lined bust. Dusty blue colour with pleated, flowy bottom. Little to no stretch, fits like an XS (size 2-4). Never worn, new with tags. Top button loose, but can be easily stitched (see pic 6). Comment any questions for sizing, fit, etc!
