Blue high neck sweater

This sweater is a soft sweatshirt like material. It has a fun adjustable zipper on the side. It is very comfortable and cute- I just don’t wear it as much a so thought. It is a hip length sweater. It has no rips, tears, or stains. It has been worn a handful of times.
