👚 Blue long shirt with leather shoulders 👥♻️

Blue shirt with zip, strings and (what i assume is) faux leather on the shoulders. Strings give a kind of empire silhouette (string are higher than the waist, but not completely under the boob area). Could also be a very short dress. ♻️ Thrifted but way shorter than expected. It would be a long shirt (under the butt) but very short dress (maybe to wear over a bathing suit?) ☆ Smoke free home.
