Blue pleated dress

Above the knee navy dress with pleats and striped collar. Not sold with belt (dress has tiny belt loops that you can remove if you wish). Side zipper. Purchased at Nordstrom a few years ago, in good condition. A good dress to wear to work in the summer. :)
