Blue sleeveless formal dress

IN NEED OF MINOR REPAIR. The right strap is in need of a little sewing, the tear is only a few mm and should be an easy fix. This is a full length dress, size 3/4. The brand name is Scene. It is a navy blue with a zipper and lace up back. everything except the strap seems to be in good quality, the fabric is smooth and sturdy. It is too small for me, especially tight around the chest area so it would fit someone with a petite chest best :)
