Blue straight cut dress from Banana Republic

Blue dress with flower cut outs at the bottom and a high neckline. Very flattering. Strong material. Is slightly longer than a typical mini dress, hits right above the knee on me (5.2”). Only worn a couple of times, in very good condition. Size 0 petite.
