Blue sweetheart neckline strapless dress

A blue strapless dress with a sweetheart neckline, fitted waist & puffy skirt. The skirt has net attached to the lining underneath to add volume. The top is padded for some added protection. Has belt loops for if you want to add a belt! Zipper is fully functioning :) Bought from Macy’s for 59USD (~78CAD) Tag is not attached to the dress anymore!! Size says 1 but it’ll fit a S!!
