Blue tear drop stones double layer statement necklace

In very good condition! Double layer with two different shades of blue stones. The smaller rhinestones have a yellow tinge to them - I am not sure if it is supposed to be like that but wanted to point it out. Nice addition to your outfit for you next dinner party, night out or formal event!
