Blue thyme maternity dressy top size M

GUC Thyme Maternity top, blue, size M. Ruffle detail around collar and V neck. Ties at the back. Fabric is a bit stretchy but tag has worn so not sure what kind of fabric it is. Slight pilling (see photo).
