Blue velvet, evening cocktail dress with tassels

LOVE this dress but doesn’t fit anymore. Crushed cobalt blue velvet with unique tassels at the back for adjustable straps. Small slit on the left leg at the front. Super comfortable. Does up with a zipper. I am a 34DD and wouldn’t wear a bra with it yet most strapless fit with the cut of the dress or sticky boobs. So fun for a night out, wedding, birthday or NYE!
