Blue velvet paisley jacket vintage

Beautiful velvet blue paisley vintage jacket. Button up, nice and warm, I am 5’2 and it hits me just under my knees. This is a vintage item, I paid $250 a couple years ago but I am unsure the original price. Oversized jacket.
