Blue velvet soft dress from Reformation.

Reposhing this item I purchased from @aim_eelee. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Has what appears to be a small amount of damage from steaming, hardly noticeable but want to be up front. And recently dry cleaned. Questions? Leave a comment below!
