Blue vintage dress with waist belt

Striped dress with blue waist belt. It creates a 60s look, especially with a neck scarf. Red fabric is not visible when worn. Length is above the knee. The fabric feels heavy so it creates some volume in the skirt. The belt sits at the waist, just below the ribs. Excellent condition.
