Blue & white smocked dress

Gorgeous little hand smocked dress, white with tiny blue flower print and blue smocking thread and ribbon trim. Embroidered Peter pan collar, little bow, buttons at back and waist tie. Tagged as toddler 2, 50% cotton 50% polyester. Made in Barbados. Good vintage condition.
