Bluenotes- Fit and Flare Dress

A very cute Wine / Plum colour summer dress that has a halter neckline that leads to a crisscross back with a bow. Fitted in the chest, cinches in at the waist and then flares out at the hip with box pleats. There is a zip up back and a few stray threads, but no stains or tears. There is quite a bit of stretch to this dress, but all measurements have been done unstretched. Chest- 15" Waist- 12.5" Hip-21" Dress Length-33"
