Bluenotes cotton blend crochet/knit crew neck raglan long sleeve top

Crochet or knit? I'm not sure which, but either way this top has a pretty lacy effect. The fiber and care tag are missing, but it feels like a cotton blend. PTP: 19.5” Sleeve length from neck: ~25” Back length: 23”
