Blue/white/black floral flouncy blouse

Only worn once. beautiful blouse in a size 16 or XL. Elastic waist and buttons on sleeves. only flaw is two tiny tiny holes near the neckline because of a safety pin. Last picture shows them. Shoot me a bundle offer:)
