Blu’s black sleeveless tunic vest top

Fabulous lace black sleeveless tunic top from Blu’s. It snaps up and then uses chiffon ties to crisscross overtop for a beautiful effect. Says size 12 but I felt it looked better on me when I was a size 10. See photos with measuring tape. In very good condition, Smoke free home.
