Use to be a long sleeve, bought at his concert about 6 years ago and re-worked into this cute panel tank top! Fits size small. Fitted around the bust and flairs out at the waist. Crop top, hem falls around the belly button. Measurements: Laying flat armpit to armpit: 17” Width at hem: 23.5” Shoulder to hem: 20.75”
