Bobbles & Lace fitted black dress bare shoulder flounce skirt size S NWT

This “Jealous much” little black dress is new and still has tags. The body is form fitted while the skirt is a very loose flounce that is double layered. There is a built in bra with hooks under the back zipper. Off the shoulder in design and shaped around the top of the bodice. This dress is a size small. The bodice is 14 inches from the top to the waist and the skirt is An additional 10 inches making it 24 inches from the center of the front to the hem. It measures 28 inches in the bust and 25 inches around the waist. (9)
