I'm good !! how r u? hope ur staying safe during these times!! ok so I'm kinda in between sizes so to use the measuring chart when measuring waist do I want the measuring tape tight or semi loose.. so sorry about this I have just bought so many different ones and I think the sizing is the problem cux don't think it's supose to hurt. maybe a little tension but not pain !!

mpilarska2012 @mamma5796 The garment is made to your size. If your size is M than buy size M - the garment M will be a little smaller than your current M size so you will look little slimmer... Same with all other sizes... The garment is to improve your body shape and make you look little slimmer...
