what are the measurements, and is it stretchy?

@veronicafeld851 Hi! it's 32 inches long and 15 inches at the butt/legs area. It is stretchy but it's also a tight dress (if that makes sense). I would only recommend buying it if you typically wear a US small as it's true to size.
