size 4 (16-18). worn four times. handwashed and hung to dry. brand new condition. no flaws or defects. I am between a 16 and 18 and it's a relaxed fit on me, just shy of loose. approx. 29" ptp, 23.5" shoulder to hem. tie front is adjustable to make it closer or looser.
