Bohemian Style Sleeveless Top

I bought this top from a boutique on vacation! I’ve only worn it maybe once, crochet detailing along the top, smocked banding along hem. Cropped style. Size small, beige colour. Seam is coming apart on the bottom of the hem only along the front side!
