Bohemian vintage bag

This is a gorgeous vintage bag purchased in Hawaii. I love this bag that holds everything. However, there are lots of stains on the inside lining as shown in the photos. I've tried to remove them, I even put the bags through the wash. Unfortunately I cannot get them out. Other than that outside of the bag is in very good condition.The top of the bag is rattan and the straps are held on with pretty leather details. There is some rust on the grommets for the straps as shown in photo.
