Super cute number from the now defunct Hip Chick Design company which upcycled their designs from recycled natural fibre clothing and material. This particular piece I believe is a medium weight cotton. Handkerchief cut with large pockets. Gros grain shoulder ties. Never worn - not enough coverage for my DDs 😉 One size would likely fit up to a 14.
