I purchased this on a trip to Miami Beach for $89 USD. Only worn twice. Style it with flat sandals and a straw bag. Very stretchy, so it skims the body but is super-comfy to wear. Sleeves sit off the shoulder. Wear the dress alone as a swim coverup, or with the bandeau and skirt underneath for streetwear. Ankle length. Like new, no flaws. Inner tags removed because they were visible through the dress, and I do not recall the designer (it was not one I recognized). Size Small.
