It has a romper underneath, but you can easily add a nude slip. Perfect for all wedding events! Size large. I would say try to size. I currently wear anywhere from a size 8-12/M/L (5 months pregnant) and it fit perfect. Only selling as it came too late for my wedding rehearsal!
