Boho light cotton blue jean like material with rounded neckline with small ruffle. Gathered front and back that hangs beautifully. Sleeves have two ruffles at bottom of sleeve. This is a gorgeous soft material. Small Ruffle goes across back stitching with gathered material below. Back has key hole Opening with Button closure. Good condition. Small mark as per last photo.
