Boho style Floral Shawl Cover up with Fringe

This Shawl can be use as a bathing suit cover up or over boho top and shorts. It's still with tag but it has a small stain that I wasn't able to remove (see picture), maybe a pattern miss print. Bottom has fringes. it has strings on the sides to make sleeves opening One Size
