Boho tunic top w/ bottom panel & side tie L

Reposhing this item I purchased from @catodowd. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Can be a bit tight through the hips if you like to wear this type of top pulled down past hips - must not be wider in hips then 46". However, has a drawstring on side to tighten if you are smaller in the hips than the ideal range of (43-46 I would say). ALSO EXTRA BONUS - NOT see through - as it has a light inner lining!
