Bottom ruffles fall right at my knees (I'm 5'7)
The tag says its a size S - I roughly estimate a US size 6 (I am a size US 4 and this dress is a size too big for me)
Very good condition - worn once
I paired it with my cowgirl boots and the brown belt which I have available for sale separately in my closet
