Bolo Tie With Green Stone Mens Read

I cannot confirm if this is or is not Native American. It was sold to me as Navajo from a collector with many other Authentic Navajo pieces but I cannot verify this. Has magnetic content. My guess is that its a silver nickel mix or some kind of alloy but I cannot confirm. The green stone? Has a small inclusion in the middle. I believe this is real turquoise but its very hard to tell and I cannot confirm. The tips on the leather strap are common produced tips.
