Bongo Black Skirt with Faux Leather Sides/Studs

Bongo black skirt with faux leather on sides of skirt and silver studs down the sides. Very cute skirt with a lot of twirl to to it. Elastic waist. Very good used condition. Smoke free home. *Please note - the waist of the skirt was taken it at one time and the markings from this still show on the inside of the waistband (please see pictures). It does not really show on the outside of the waistband (please see picture).
