Boohoo Striped Culotte Dress Pants Black and White Plus Size 20

These are black and white striped culottes from Boohoo in a US size 20 (on the tag you'll see size 24, that is the UK size). They have a tie waist, and there's some stretch to the pants. Please note, they're a little see-through - I've tried my best to show this in picture #7. These are New With Tags, never worn.
