Beautiful black asymmetrical one shoulder satin blouse with neck tie. Looks great dressed up with a skirt or trousers or dressed down with jeans or shorts. Gathered elastic waistband for a fitted look. Very good used condition worn a handful of times. No rips stains or holes. There are a few additional stitches added to bring the bust line in pictured these can easily be removed with Scissors.
