This is "27 Wagons Full of Cotton and other One-Act Plays" by Tennessee Williams, published by James Laughlin as part of the New Directions Series. First printing of second edition, with the essay, "Something Wild" added. It has yellow cloth hard covers with green lettering on the spine. There is no dust jacket. See the photos for a list of the plays included. This book is in good condition. There is wear to the cover and spine along with frayed, bumped corners. There is a previous owner's name inside the front cover and one play has notes in pencil. The inner pages have yellowing from age and the odd bit of chipping. The binding is intact though the webbing is exposed in one place. Please see the photos.
