New! These were stuck onto a shirt i wanted to use them with but the shirt had to narrow of an area with a deep plunge so these didnt work - these were *not* stuck to the chest! There is some small blue fuzz from the shirt left behind on the cups. Washable and re-useable! Push-up effect!
