Boots & Barkley Dog Dress

Adorable pet dress! Fits small dogs only. Made of 91% polyester & 9% spandex. Hand wash in cold water. Has kind of a velvety feel to it. Would be great for a pet photo shoot! No rhinestones missing! Only weird flaw is shown in the last photo where the stitching is a bit thick in one spot. Measures about 16.5” across when open wide & about 12.5” from neck to end of mesh.
