Black soft jersey top with cinch jersey lining. Double layered. Halter style with multi colored beads and black dull sequin in front. Under layer cinches you in while the upper layer is all rouged and falls beautifully. Seamed at the waist for a gorgeous fit. Pit to pit is approx 16.5" and length is 27.5". New with tags.
