this jacket is in excellent used condition. it's PTP is 23 in, shoulder to shoulder is 21 in and it's length is 29 in. it's material is 55% polyester 45% wool, lining 100% acetate.

a07ahmed @kiitonbar can you measure shoulder to shoulder again? I'm surprised it's 21. it should be measured in a straight line from the back, shoulder edge to shoulder edge
