Boston vintage metal pencil sharpener

Vintage Boston pencil sharpener in bright silver toned metal with black trim There are a few minor surface scratches on the metal. Note that the mechanism to 'suction' the sharpener in place on a tabletop is damaged - the rubber surround is partially detached from the inner metal base - not sure if securing the rubber would be enough to be able to secure this as originally intended. The sharpening mechanism work fine - if you're looking to do a full restoration the blades could surely benefit from a sharpening
