@agnesliamy56 Hi there, thanks for your question! The heels are pristine, absolutely nothing wrong with them - no snags, rips or imperfections. There aren’t even any bend marks on the toe area of the shoe where there would naturally be if they were worn. I updated the listing with another photo. Hope this helps.
