Boutique 1861 Hattie Dress

Size M Brand new condition Purchased this dress from Boutique 1861 in Quebec. The print and wrap style is very flattering, but it's a little bit too big for me in the chest. I'm an XS to S, so this M is true to size. The waist is elasticated, so sizing is on the flexible side.
