Boutique 1861 icy blue evening dress. Never worn

Gorgeous light blue gown that I bought years ago and never wore. Sheer light blue fabric with metallic icy blue embroidery over a nude base fabric. Beautifully fitted, cinched at the waist and flared towards the bottom. Never had an occasion to wear and hoping it can find a better home in someone else’s closet🤍 Measurements (laying flat): Bust: 16in Waist: 13.5in Hips: 17.5in
